Apex is the leading Sports Coaching organisation in Hertfordshire, offering a wide range of activities to athletes of all ages and abilities.

Primarily we deliver sporting activities at Schools, FE Colleges and Universities. In addition, we also offer Holiday Coaching Camps, Bespoke Workshops, Weekly coaching centres (Apex Elite) and Birthday Parties.

We are keen to keep participants active, healthy and enjoying their sport.

Apex Multisports can put together a bespoke package of coaching to suit your requirements.
