Any photographs taken will be used only to promote Apex, and will not be passed on to third parties for unrelated Apex editorial content.
The photographs may be used in any of the media used by Apex Multisports, Apex Dance, Apex Camps and Apex Clubs for promotion including newsletters, leaflets, posters and online promotions. They may also be circulated to the media e.g Local papers, magazines etc. The photographs may also be used to promote the Apex Camps in future and used on the Apex website.
If you wish for your child to be excluded from any photography then please make an Apex Staff member aware. At any time you wish your photo to be deleted from the photo library, please contact the head office on 01442 255 337 and we will endeavour to do so.
